California American Water turned to AMS’s MetalGuard™ fully-automated, online multi-stream Cr(VI) analyzer to have higher visibility of Cr(VI) contaminant levels in real-time and allow them to better monitor and address critical steps in their remediation process. 

AMS will conduct a demonstration of its SafeGuard™ H2O hexavalent chromium remediation system during AWWA ACE19 show in Denver. The demonstrations will take place on Monday, June 10 at 11 a.m. and Tuesday, June 11 at 2 p.m. at the AMS booth #1408.

A study released by the Environmental Working Group (EWG), found that a mix of pollutants in California drinking water could cause an estimated 15,500 additional cases of cancer over the course of a lifetime.
